Our family of global studios are always looking for talented, creative, and passionate people to join our team. You can find and apply for every available role across all of our studios below.
2. Apply
Depending on the role, we may ask you for your CV, portfolio, and anything else that may help us find you the best opportunity in one of our global studios. We will never request money at any stage of the interview or offer process.
3. Meet us
We review every application, and prepare a shortlist of candidates to take through our Monsoon Silhouettes interview processes. These help us get to know you better, and ensure that you find the best opportunity in one of our studios.
4. Review offer
Following successful interviews, we’ll reach out with a competitive offer which you can discuss in detail with a member of the team. If you’re ever unsure about the process, or want clarification about an offer, please email the team.

You can enjoy collaborating with all our studios. On projects, playtests and through Demo Days. As well as socialising with people at studio parties, virtual team quizzes and larger events such as annual Big Days Out. We believe that spending time together helps us grow as a team.

Our studios have opportunities for hybrid, remote or in-studio work. While we have core working hours, our studios can be flexible on working patterns to meet the demands of people’s needs. Not forgetting days off for volunteering, your celebration and duvet days to keep your work-life balance in check.
